Witham Cottage

A lovely and cosy detached farm cottage. With an open plan kitchen and dining area. There is a fully fitted kitchen with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. At the end of the kitchen you will find a dining table and chairs.
Through the back door you can access the garden area.
In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, two leather professor chairs, and a real log-burning stove – ideal for cosy evenings in.
Downstairs you will find a family-size bathroom including an over-bath shower, basin & toilet.
Under the stairs you will find a washing machine.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one king-size room, one double room and one single room.
The cottage has central heating throughout.

Outside the secure garden wraps around the cottage. There is a table and chairs and barbeque for you to use and enjoy stunning views of Exmoor.

You can enjoy many wonderful walks straight from the front door of Witham Cottage on public footpaths, including some exclusive routes on private Estate ground for our staying guests. Herds of wild Red Deer can frequently be seen grazing on the moor. For the bird watchers there are Buzzards, Kites, Snipe and Woodcocks to be spotted.
Although the cottage does not have a phone, O2 and EE mobile networks have good reception.
The village of Parracombe is 2.5 miles away with a local pub The Fox & Goose, which serves quality, tasty, freshly cooked meals.
