Old Dairy Barn & Swincombe Mill
Leave the M5 at junction 27, taking the A361 towards Barnstaple. Stay on this road all the way to South Molton (approx 25 miles).
Do NOT turn off at the first roundabout into the town.
At the second (larger) roundabout, turn right onto the A399, signposted to Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and Lynton. Stay on this road, passing through the village of Brayford.
5 miles after Brayford, turn right onto the B3358 and continue (for approx 2 miles) to Challacombe. Upon entering the village, go 350 yards past the 'Challacombe' and 30mph signs, and then turn left up a small lane signed 'Swincombe Mill'.
You will then pass a house on your right. The Old Dairy Barn Cottage is the next property on the right, and then Swincombe Mill Cottage is the next property on the left.

Old Mill House
Leave the M5 at junction 27, taking the A361 signpost to Barnstaple. Stay on this road all the way to South Molton (approx 25 miles).
Go straight over the first roundabout, do not turn off into the town. At the second (larger) roundabout, turn left towards South Molton on the B3226.
At the next roundabout, take the second ext towards the town centre. Upon entering the town, just after the Quince Honey Farm, turn right onto the B3227 (signposted Great Torrington and Chittlehampton).
Follow this road for about 7 miles to Umberleigh. Turn left before the river bridge into a small lane, then go past the Post Office and over the level crossing. The Old Mill House is about half a mile further on and is the first property you will find on the right.

The Old Mill House is also within walking distance of Umberleigh Station on the Tarka Line, which is served by First Great Western train services from Barnstaple and Exeter.
Lock's Cottage, Copper Beech & Moorland View (Woolhanger Farm)
Leave the M5 at junction 27, taking the A361 towards Barnstaple. Stay on this road all the way to South Molton (approx 25 miles).
Do NOT turn off at the first roundabout into the town.
At the second (larger) roundabout, turn right onto the A399, signposted to Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and Lynton. Stay on this road, passing through the village of Brayford.
6 miles after Brayford (at the Old Station Inn Pub), turn right onto the A39 towards Lynton. Continue for 4 miles. After Parracombe, and just after 'Woody Bay Station', take the turning to the right, signposted 'Woolhanger'.
Follow Woolhanger Lane for half a mile to where the surfaced road ends. Continue along the track for a further 600 yards. The Manor and its car park can be found through the white gate on the right.
