Copper Beech Cottage is a mid-terrace, high quality farm cottage. It is situated within the surroundings of Woolhanger Farm, nestling deep in the Exmoor National Park. It sleeps up to four people and has a substantial shared south facing garden and tennis court. It is on part of the Woolhanger Estate, a large hill farm with some of the most spectacular views on Exmoor.

Copper Beech Cottage has a large newly refitted kitchen and dining area, adjacent to a very substantial living room with a comfortable reclining suite and an attractive and rustic feature fireplace and log burner. From the living room you can walk out into a rear garden area and to the tennis court.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a large electric cooker, double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room at the entrance to the cottage with a separate washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. There is also an adjoining downstairs W.C.

There are two bedrooms both with 6'6" long zip and link beds, which give maximum option on sleeping arrangements of super king or twin rooms - this must be requested when booking. The cottage has electric heaters throughout.

Although the cottage does not have a phone, O2 and Orange mobile networks have good reception.

The village of Parracombe is 2.5miles away with a Post Office and Store, and the Fox & Goose Pub, which serves quality tasty evening meals.

In the other direction, the iconic Exmoor coastal towns of Lynton & Lynmouth are 4.5miles away from the cottage. Both have a wide array of Restaurants, Tearooms and Pubs. There are also several General Stores, a large Post Office (in Lynton), as well as clothes and gift shops, and Touist Information Centres.

Copper Beech Cottage makes a fantastic base for walks on Exmoor, with stunning views across the moor and beyond to the Bristol Channel.

Exmoor Ponies can easily be spotted around the farm on a regular basis. As well as the farm's own sheep and cattle, herds of Red Deer can frequently be seen grazing on the moor, and for the bird watchers there are Buzzards, Kites, Snipe and Woodcocks to be spotted.
