A cosy two bedroom stone cottage with open living / dining area. Situated on the edge of Challacombe village.

LOCK'S COTTAGE (sleeps 2)
One bedroom, high quality cottage perfect for a romantic getaway. Situated within the Woolhanger Estate.

COPPER BEECH (sleeps 4)
Two bedroom high quality cottage on the Woolhanger Estate just 10 minutes from Lynton and Lynmouth. Large sitting room with wood burning fire for those winter evenings.

MOORLAND VIEW (sleeps 6)
Three bedroom cottage on Woolhanger Estate with its own childrens playroom. Visit the market town of Barnstaple or the lovely sandy beaches of Croyde, Putsborough, Woolacombe....

WITHAM COTTAGE (sleeps 5)
Secluded, three bedroom, original stone cottage on Woolhanger Estate. Fantastic views of Exmoor and wild deers. Wood burning stove in cosy sitting room.

WOOLHANGER COTTAGES (sleeps 12)
Locks Cottage, Moorland View & Copper Beech make up the old farm house for larger families or groups. Moorland View & Copper Beech have a connecting door making a five bedroom house with playroom.

Woolhanger Holiday Cottages are high quality, comfortable, peaceful retreats. Surrounded by wonderful countryside and wildlife (mostly within a 4,000 acre estate). Deers are often seen in the fields. Just the place to relax and unwind from the busy lives we lead. With a stroll along a shady river bank or a picnic on the moor. Maybe a cream tea in the garden.

The cottages can also be the base for an action packed holiday with wonderful walking on the moors, along the North Devon coast, or a days fishing (we have 2 miles of double bank fishing on the River Taw). Other activities available locally include cycling - we have local hire centres with guides if required, or horse riding on the moor for an hour or the day. Then of course there are the surfing beaches of Croyde, Saunton, Putsborough and Woolacombe with their golden sands.

The Cottages are available all year round, some with wood burners for those cosy cold nights.

There is as much or as little to do as you want.
